The ground floor has a live-in kitchen, which leads out to a large terrace with a summer kitchen and fabulous mountain views. The pretty living room has an open fireplace, there is also a bedroom and a bathroom. The lower ground floor is built into the rock and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and storeroom. The upper floor is a recent addition, with a bedroom and a bathroom and huge surrounding terrace, it is surrounded by its garden of 2,000 mq. The house is heated by gas radiators. The underlying River Bevera, has many large, deep granite pools which are wonderful for swimming in summer. There is skiing at the above Limone, Piemonte and good sand beaches around Ventimiglia.
