The ground floor has been adapted from its prior usage as kitchen and living room with a bathroom into a mini apartment with open plan living/bedroom area and bathroom, the large room has old beams and a large open fireplace. Upstairs with an independent entrance is a double bedroom, bathroom and livin in kitchen with a terrace. Stairs lead to the top floor with an extremely large bedroom, bathroom, storeroom and panoramic terrace of 7 mq with fine views over Molini, Andagna and Corte. Also visible is the Ponte di Loreto with a wide 320° view. There is a pretty garden with a finely renovated bedroom and bathroom built into the old barn space. There is also a storeroom.
Triora is a zone famous for hiking and mountain biking, for which it is extremely popular. The village has a grocery store, bakery and many bars and restaurants, it is a high mountain location, some 60 minutes to the coast. The house is on an old mule path closed to traffic and can only be approached by foot. There are some quite steep steps to arrive at the cottage.
