Pretty country cottage in the ancient village of Carpasio, in the middle of the National Park of the Maritime Alps, at an altitude of 720 m s.l.m., it is some 15 km drive into the mountains from Imperia. In the middle of nature, in a zone famous for it's hiking, mountain biking and with deep granite pools on the River Carpasina for swimming, it's about half an hour to the beach.
The cottage is of 50 mq over two floors with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Above the house is a flat roof terrace of 25 mq with fabulous panoramic views over the surrounding mountains and the historic village. The house has communal parking at 20 meters and pretty stone steps lead to the house.
The village of Carpasio has a bar/restaurant and a post office. There are market stalls selling local mountain products some days of the week. The beach at Arma di Taggia is 14 km from Carpasio and Sanremo 20 km. Nice Airport 1. hour 30 minutes.
