The Italian Property Company Srl. is a company which was set up to create an agency dedicated to foreign buyers primarily English speaking but to extend to Dutch, Russian and Italian buyers. The site in fact is in three languages (English, Italian and Russian) and our many collaborators are all of mother tongue in the various languages. The offices of the agency are placed in Bordighera very near to the Royal Palace on the Via Romana.

Our site www.theitalianproperty.com promotes luxury and country property in Liguria, with many properties near the French border but also extending into Alassio, the area around Portofino and the Cinque Terre. We advertise extensively on international platforms and in particular in England, Russia, Scandinavia, Switzerland and Dubai.

To develop further our International contacts we have recently become part of the global group of Chesterton Humberts, an enormous conglomerate with offices in many strategic countries with 29 offices in the most exclusive zones of London, large Russian Offices, Swiss, French, Middle East, Australia etc.

The Italian Property Company has been created to cover every aspect involved in buying a house in Italy. We have English speaking lawyers, notaries, bankers and accountants who work with us, so every aspect of a transaction can be both transparent and simplified. We very often work with our clients after the purchase of the house has been concluded, and are often involved as project managers. We help our clients with every aspect of work in progress advising on architects, builders, designers and gardeners or maybe simply to appoint cleaning staff or painters.
