 Our property services are tailor made for a our foreign clientele to offer to those who wish to buy a property in Liguria or an Italian property for sale, the possibility to buy with the security that a complete back up service is available to make buying easy.

 

We have staff who are mother tongue in Italian, English, Dutch, German and Russian who can both explain and translate during the buying process and help out in the long process that lies ahead when our clients really need most help.  We help with translation of documents, find accountants , bankers and lawyers who can communicate in English, so that all the the problems of adapting to Italy become easier.

 

We have a long experience in helping clients who have moved here to go forward with a building project, which we are willing to oversee.  For smaller projects we are happy to advise and organise, using our dedicated team of builders, decorators, architects and engineers, who have sucessfully worked with us over time.  We can just as easily arrange painters, gardeners and cleaning staff, or a simple electrician to help out.  We enjoy to go past the buying stage with our clients, who become personal friends and offer them our capability, so that both buying and living in Italy is not a problem.

 

In addition for those who are looking to buy a property in Liguria or an Italian property for sale, we are well  connected with the local banks and will accompany our clients to organise mortgages and finance.  We can also help with currency exchange.
